After receiving a quotation from a well- known service provider, we asked ECS to carry out an exercise to calculate whether the existing service already had the available capacity required by the incoming tenant. ECS proved that indeed this was the case therefore omitting the need for the costly new works. This also enabled the overall delivery time to be reduced thus allowing early occupation by the tenant’s contractor.
